At The Mary Ann, the landscape concentrates shared life into a compact urban site. An interior courtyard gives children room to play and residents space to gather, while a green roof extends the project’s environmental performance above. The spaces are modest in scale, but they give the building an outdoor center – a place where family life can move beyond the apartment.
