Shapiro Didway was commissioned to complete landscape designs and construction documentation for Gramor’s new Happy Valley Crossroads East retail development. Our goal was to create flow between the indoors and outdoors, inviting connection between businesses and the public. We worked on detailed hardscape and landscape plans for multiple public plazas, making space for pedestrian-friendly gathering hubs. We also lead the landscape architecture for right-of-way, parking, and grand entrance areas. Plantings were selected to match the modern farmhouse architectural style, bringing new color and life with lush grasses, lily turf, and coneflowers.
