Shapiro Didway is partnering with LSW Architects on the landscape design for Washington Street Apartments, a new multi-family housing development coming to Downtown Vancouver, Washington.
Streetscape and perimeter plantings are planned to create a visual buffer and an inviting atmosphere to complement the building’s architecture, reflecting the vision of the development’s role as a gateway to Downtown Vancouver. The outdoor amenity spaces will provide opportunities for residents to interact with features planned to include fire tables, dining & seating areas, and a community grill.
The project recently broke ground in June 2022.
